PURPOSE: A composition containing apicidin for treating undifferentiated cancer is provided to effectively treat cancer and to develop a effective therapeutic agent.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating undifferentiated cancer contains apicidin. The apicidin is administered by oral, vein, subcutaneous, intradermal, intranasal, abdominal cavity. A method for screening apicidin administering agent for treating undifferentiated cancer comprises: a step of confirming Nanog expression of an individual with undifferentiated cancer; a step of administering apicidin only or together with candidate; and a step of comparing Nanog expression level.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
