PURPOSE: By providing the separate dedicated device which draws out the rotor of the large size electric motor or which the lateral large size motor rotor fetch unit.;CONSTITUTION: High and low controller globe(3) are installed between the pedestal in low part(1) and top frame(2). First front and rear transfer machine globe(4) for transferring are installed the supporting plate(40) in the top frame in the backward and forward.
