PURPOSE: A boehmite-polymer nanohybrid composite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heat resistance, the durability, and the transparency of a polymer resin by reacting a fine-tuned porous metal oxide nano particle with the polymer resin.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a boehmite-polymer nanohybrid composite comprises the following steps: forming a gel type mixture by hydrolysis reacting a metal alkoxide precursor with water; peptizing the mixture by adding acid, for forming a porous boehmite nanoparticle solution in a sol form; and reacting the porous boehmite nanoparticle solution with a polymer resin to form the boehmite-polymer nanohybrid composite.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
