PURPOSE: A system for managing VoIP communication quality is provided to improve the quality of the VoIP call by grasping problems of current network.;CONSTITUTION: A call-quality test part(110) analyzes the busy packet of user. When the analyzed voice quality value as described above is unable to reach the predetermined call quality standards, the call-quality test part transmits the packet analyzing information and alarm signal to outside. A speech quality management part(120) receives the packet analyzing information and alarm signal. The call quality management part analyzes the internet network corresponding to the packet analyzing information. The call quality management part manages the calling quality.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
