PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing synthetic surface imitating collagen-coated surface for cell culture is provided to reduce animal-derived collagen problem and/or cost.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing synthetic surface imitating collagen-coated surface for cell culture comprises: a step of providing monomer source containing one or more organic compound that at least one organic compound is proline; a step of supplying plasma of monomer source; and a step of contacting the surface of at least one part to provide plasma polymer-coated surface.
