PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of barium titanate powder, and the barium titanate powder manufactured therefrom are provided to offer the nucleation and the grain growth of barium titanate by heat-processing barium titanyl oxalate powder with a filler. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of barium titanate powder by an oxalate process comprises the following steps: preparing a barium chloride solution, and a TiSl4 solution; adding the solution to an oxalic acid solution to form barium titanyl oxalate; wet-milling the barium titanyl oxalate; drying the barium titanyl oxalate to obtain barium titanyl oxalate powder; filling a furnace with the barium titanyl oxalate powder and a filler; heat-processing the barium titanyl oxalate poweder to obtain barium titanate; and removing impurities from the barium titanyl oxalate powder.
