PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound, and an organic electroluminescent device using thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the driving voltage of the device by containing the compound in an electron transport layer of the device.;CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is marked with chemical formula 1.
