PURPOSE: A method for washing and polishing the exterior walls of a building without water, which simultaneously performs washing and polishing processes at a time, is provided to prevent damage to the exterior walls of a building by environmental contaminates and foreign materials.;CONSTITUTION: A method for washing and polishing the exterior walls of a building without water is as follows. A washing and polishing composition is prepared(S1). The floor side of a sponge of an anhydrous washing and polishing apparatus is coated with the washing and polishing composition(S2). The washing and polishing composition spreads on the exterior wall of building(S3). The bottom of the sponge taps the exterior wall of the building which is covered with the washing and polishing composition in order to wash and polish the exterior wall of the building(S4).
