Method for Assessment Environment Impact during Life Cycle of Sustainable Building

A method of assessing an environment load of an environmental building during the entire life cycle is provided to calculate life cycle energy, CO2 and cost during the entire life cycle, thereby assessing environmental performance during the entire life cycle. The entire life cycle is divided into a construction stage, a usage/maintenance stage, a demolition/dismantling stage after a property of a target building is analyzed. Building materials and an energy industrial sector of the materials are extracted. A Yearly energy consumption unit and a yearly CO2 discharge consumption unit are calculated during the usage/maintenance stage. The total energy consumption amount consumed during maintenance is calculated. And the energy consumption unit and a Co2 discharging amount are calculated according to operation of a facility during the demolition/dismantling stage.
