PURPOSE: A health promotion device attached to a glasses frame is provided to allow an elastic member to be distorted or bend when receiving an external impact by installing a silver acupuncture needle touched with an eyelid so that the silver acupuncture needle is supported by an elastic tube.;CONSTITUTION: In a device, a body(22) is connected to a glass frame by a support(23). An elastic rod is formed with a silicon material having a elastic force. A plurality of elastic projections is protruded from one side of the elastic rod while maintain a constant interval. A combination protrusion as many as a silver acupuncture needle is formed on one side of the body. The combination protrusion has one end in which the elastic tube(26) is inserted and has the other end in which silver acupuncture needle rod is inserted. A protrusion is protruded from the combination protrusion and the circumference of the silver acupuncture needle rod.
