A thermal injection-molding kit for innersole and an innersole manufacturing method using the same are provided to form an innersole in the shape fit to the sole shape of wearer so as to reduce unbalance and improve the feeling of wearing. A thermal injection-molding kit for innersole comprises a foot molding container(100), a foot molding liquid(200) filled in the foot molding container and heated and cooled to form a foot mold for the wearer, a sole molding liquid(300) filled in the foot mold to model the wearer's sole, and an innersole(400) having a foot-like shape including an arch part. The innersole is heated to be flexible state and then pressed on the sole model and cured in the same shape as the wearer's sole.
