PURPOSE: A failure generating determining method of an operating system for detecting failure at an early stage is provided to accurately determine the generation of failure in case there is failure event in an operation system. CONSTITUTION: It confirms whether requested event information is received within an event generation time by predetermined time(S107). The event information is not generated within the point of time event happening time. If the event is not generated within the event generation time, it determines that there is failure of the system(S113). If the unspecific information is not generated within the event generation time, a statistic is calculated by the time(S115).
