A MULTI-STEP FRP MAKING MANUFACTURING METHOD AND A MAKING GOODS USING FRP

PURPOSE: A multi-step FRP manufacturing method and an FRP injection product using the same are provided to manufacture an FRP injection product by making an upper moldings and a lower moldings using a basic wooded prototype and a mold wood prototype, and adding a composite material layer between them. CONSTITUTION: An upper FRP moldings made of an FRP is manufacture by an upper mold(30). A lower FRP moldings, in which a bolt ejection metal member and a bolt are joined, is manufactured. The reinforced plastics composites are laminated in a specific thickness on the top of the molded lower mold and is compressed and hardened after laminating the bottom of the upper moldings on its top. After polymerizing an upper moldings and a lower moldings, the gap between a bolt and a lower mold is widened by separating an auxiliary cylindrical ring of a plurality of bolt ejecting metal member which is protruded from the bottom of the lower mold.
