PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of acid fermentation liquid of organic wastewater using an upflow biological filter fermentation process are provided to produce the acid fermentation liquid having high-quality volatile organic acid with good concentration. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of acid fermentation liquid of organic wastewater using an upflow biological filter fermentation process and an atmospheric pressure flotation separating process includes the following steps of: removing solids and oil components contained in the organic wastewater; fermenting acid fermenting microorganisms of high concentration and processed water with a bio-film attached on the surface of media; and circulating supernatant liquid after removing the solid by circulating the bio-film and floated scum to an atmospheric pressure flotation bath.
