PURPOSE: A nanoparticle containing silica magnetic nanoparticle having introduced near infrared ray(NIR) dye for imaging lymph node and organ is provided to image through MRI, PET, and fluorescence and diagnose diseases. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle contains a core having a magnetic material, a silica shell containing near infrared ray dye. The outer silica shell binds with metal and non-metal atom which enables PET(Positron emission tomography) imaging with chelating ligand. The magnetic nanoparticle contains metal oxide of covalt, iron, manganese, zinc, nickel, or copper. The magnetic nanoparticle is synthesized by synthesizing a desired size through a method using micelle or thermal lysis.
