PURPOSE: A block-type environmentally friendly vegetation body is provided to prevent outflowing of soil and sand on river's slope or steep slope, and to be applicable to a steep slope by being laminated by strong bonding force. CONSTITUTION: A block-type environmentally friendly vegetation body comprises a support(30) consisting of a lattice net of which the top and rear part are opened; a grid(10) installed at the lower part of the support; an extruded resin yarn bag(70) installed within the support, in which the upper part is opened; and a vegetation support(50) which is inserted into the support containing the extruded resin yarn bag.
