An apparatus for generating an irradiation center indicating light of a diagnostic X-ray is provided to generate the irradiation center indicating light having uniform width and brightness by imaging a light generated in an LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting device and transmitting the imaged light through a mixed lens unit. An LED lighting unit(10) generates an illumination light. An imaging unit(20) makes an image of the light irradiated from the LED lighting unit in a type of an irradiation center indicating light. A mixed lens unit(30) expands the light imaged in the imaging unit into a required size and projects the light to a subject. An outer case(40) is coupled to the mixed lens unit at its bottom. A cover(50) seals the outer case closely.
