PURPOSE: An ultrasonic probe holder for an automatic ultrasonic wave inspection meter is provided to improve the ultrasonic propagation efficiency and to remove a factor causing a change in reception sensitivity by the ultrasonic probe shake. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic probe holder for an automatic ultrasonic wave inspection meter comprises a first frame(400), a second frame, a hinge unit(300), a refraction unit(100) and a spring unit(600). A slider(500) is fixed and coupled in one side of the first frame. The second frame is connected to the other side of the first frame. The hinge unit comprises first and second support units(310,320) which are combined in one side and the other side of the second frame. The refraction unit is combined in ends of the first and second support units. The spring unit comprises an link module and elastic members(660,670). The link module moves in the longitudinal direction of the slider. The elastic member actuates on the direction in which the tension and retracting direction are crossed with the longitudinal direction of the slider.
