A therapeutic agent of lung cancer is provided to suppress the proliferation of lung cancer cell by inducing a recombinant vector containing a gene encoding CD01 into a lung cancer cell. A therapeutic agent comprises a recombinant vector. The recombinant vector comprises a gene coding cycteine dioxygenase, type I. The gene encoding the cycteine dioxygenase, type I is denoted by the sequence number 1. A pharmaceutical composition for treating lung cancer comprises the cycteine dioxygenase, type I as an active ingredient. A protein of cycteine dioxygenase, type I is denoted by the sequence number 2.
