PURPOSE: A rehabilitation exercise instrument for evaluation of lower body function is provided, which absorbs impact in landing and prevents damage of the joint or the soft tissue. CONSTITUTION: A rehabilitation exercise instrument for evaluation of lower body function includes; a supporting board(110) performing a role of a support; a rail(120) which makes slope adjustment possible on the top of the supporting board vertically and in which a stop rod is formed; a slider(130) which is installed in order to be slid on the rail; a seat(140) which is installed in the upper side of the slider and is equipped with a seat back and a saddle; and an elastic mat which is installed in one end of rail and one end of the supporting board, alleviates impact, and offers repulsive power.
