ENVIRONMENTAL FLOOR SHEET FOR SALT FIELD AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An environmental floor sheet for a salt field is provided to use environmental-friendly materials instead of PVCs, to control a heat tension from a first non-woven fabric, and to enhance a connection between heterogeneous materials. CONSTITUTION: An environmental floor sheet for a salt field comprises: an upper layer unit(10) formed with PP or PE; a first non-woven fabric(30) formed with PET material to laminate on the lower side of the upper layer unit; a melting media(50) inserted among the upper layer unit, the first non-woven fabric, and a lower layer unit by a heat-welding process; the lower layer unit(20) formed with a mixture of EVA including 10~20 wt% of VA and calcium carbonate with a specific gravity of 2.5~2.7, and 30~50 wt% as a comparison to the entire weight; and a second non-woven fabric(40) formed with PET with a thickness of 1.2~1.5 times thicker than the first non-woven fabric.
