RECYCLED COLD ASPHALT MIXTURES AND PAVEMENT METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Asphalt concrete mixture recycled at a room temperature and a construction method thereof are provided to save a construction cost, to simply construct the cement, and to prevent oxidation of the asphalt by constructing the recycled asphalt concrete mixture at the room temperature. CONSTITUTION: Asphalt concrete mixture recycled at a room temperature comprises: 40~70 weight% of waste ascon; 23~50 weight% of new aggregate; 2~4 weight% of filler; 1~5 weight% of emulsified aspha 0.1~0.2 weight% of reclaiming agent; and 3~6 weight% of water. The reclaiming agent is an emulsion-based agent and has a flash point(COC) of 230C or greater, a dynamic viscosity(25C, SFS) of 15~85. The reclaiming agent comprises 30~60 weight of heavy paraffinic distillate, 20~35 weight% of bitumen, and 20~35 weight% of mineral pitch.
