PURPOSE: A geometric information system which corrects the information of a digital map according to a GPS receiver is provided to operate an apparatus without an additional external power by installing a solar panel and a storage battery in a main body.;CONSTITUTION: A main body(210) includes a receiving unit. A transfer unit(220) includes a rack, a pinion and a driving motor. A vertical leveling device(230) includes an X-axis control unit and a Y-axis control unit. A DGPS receiver includes an X-axis driving motor, a Y-axis driving motor, an elevation unit and a DGPS antenna. A GPS receiver receives a location value from an artificial satellite. A camera unit(270) is installed on the lower side of a support pillar. A tilt sensor(S) detects the slope of the main body. A solar panel(SL) converts a light energy to an electrical energy.
