A ceramic panel finishing material for an external wall of a building is provided to cut off the inflow of ultraviolet rays, to solve the problems caused by the reflection of light and to heighten adiabatic effect with shading effect by inserting an expandable resin board having adiabatic effect to the inside of two sheets of ceramic panels, to shorten a period of construction and to reduce the cost of construction by performing interior and exterior finish works simultaneously, to prevent the cause of global warming caused by a rise in the surrounding temperature, and to protect workers or pedestrians from getting injured by preventing ceramic panels from scattering when a finishing material is broken. A ceramic panel finishing material for an external wall of a building includes two sheets of ceramic panels(10) formed on two sides to have a space inside, an expandable resin board(20) inserted to the space of the ceramic panels to have adiabatic effect, a space support member(30) supporting the space between two sheets of the ceramic panels strongly, and a silicon layer(40) applied on the top of the space support member to fix two sheets of the ceramic panels strongly. In addition, an epoxy resin layer containing glass fiber is applied on the inside of two sheets of the ceramic panels to prevent ceramic panels from scattering when the finishing material is broken.
