METHOD FOR VOXELIZATION USING COLOR CODED POLYGONS

PURPOSE: A voxelization method using a color code of a polygon is provided to configure counter information which distinguishes the inside and the outside of an object according to a color code, thereby shortening reducing the time consumed for during a voxelization process. CONSTITUTION: Color codes are assigned to each polygon of a 3D model through polygon mesh information about of a 3D model(S1,S2). The 3D model is sliced(S3). A voxel is searched through the pixel information of the sliced section(S4). A counter is composed through the pixel information. Internal information and external information of the 3D model are identified through the counter.
