ULTRA-PRECISION TRANSFER APPARATUS OF GRINDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An ultra-precision transfer apparatus for a grinding machine is provided to improve endurance and work efficiency by suppressing abrasions even in the long term. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-precision transfer apparatus for a grinding machine comprises a horizontal shaft rotating unit(100), an interlock groove(200), and a longitudinal travel unit. The horizontal shaft rotating unit is located on one side of a gear box(50) and rotated along a horizontal shaft(10). The interlock groove is formed on the outer surface of one side of a worm wheel(20). The longitudinal travel unit is coupled with the interlock groove and moves the worm wheel back and forth so that the worm wheel contacts or separates from the horizontal shaft rotating unit.
