A bit-transition point extraction circuit and an injection-locked clock recovery circuit for an NRZ-CODSD signal and a method for controlling the circuit are provided to extract the transition point of bit from the non-return-zero input signal. A bit shift point recapture circuit apparatus(600) comprises a predetermined current source transistor. The pair of transistors comprises the source applied about the differential non-return-zero input signal from the outside biased to the current source transistor. A capacitor(910) is connected to the pair of transistors and the current source transistor so that the voltage of the output node of the current source transistor is fixed. The capacitor has the capacity of the range operating in the non-linear region of VGS and IDS graph of the transistor.
