Method for manufacturing injection molded products with nano-pattern by using UV curing and nano-pattern insert molding

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an injection molded products with a nano pattern using ultraviolet-curing and nano-pattern insert molding is provided to improve quality of the injection mold by preventing the deformation of the nano pattern in an injection molding step. CONSTITUTION: A pattern film including a UV-curable layer is manufactured(S14). The pattern film is formed inside a mold in order to expose the UV-curable layer(S15). The pattern film uses the mold and is molded by injection(S16). At least a part of the pattern film combined in the injection mold compound is removed(S18).
