摘要

PURPOSE: A forging apparatus for a semi-consolidated molding process and a forging method thereof are provided to manufacture a wheel for a vehicle with a complex structure, and to recycle a manufacturing material.;CONSTITUTION: A forging method of a semi-consolidated molding process comprises the following steps: inserting a product material(PM) to a lower mold(3); firstly semi-consolidated molding the product material by lowering an upper mold(14); separating a side holder(6) from the lower mold using a hydraulic cylinder(7); lifting the semi-consolidated molded product material and the upper mold up by elevating a lower operation shaft(8) and an upper operation shaft(11); heating a hub(H) while rotating the product material; heating the product material with a rim heating torch(22); molding a rim part of the product material using a second roller unit(23); and lowering the lower operation shaft after completing the manufacturing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
