PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dielectric ceramic material in which the main component powder and auxiliary component powders are uniformly dispersed. PSOLUTION: The production method comprises: a calcining stage where a mixture of two or more kinds of auxiliary component powders is calcined; a pulverizing stage where the calcined auxiliary component powders are pulverized; a plasma treatment stage where the pulverized auxiliary component powders are atomized by plasma; and a stage where the auxiliary component powders atomized by the plasma are added to the main component powder, and the particle distribution of the auxiliary component powders after being pulverized in the pulverizing stage is allowed to satisfy D90/D503.0.
