Haptic device with Passive haptic driving device using rheological fluid and haptic providing method using thereof

PURPOSE: A passive-type haptic driving device using a rheological fluid, a haptic device having the driving device, and a haptic offering method using the haptic device are provided to deliver various passive feelings and a fast response to a user of an electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A case(210) accepts a rheological fluid(220) inside. An elastic unit is built in the rheological fluid, and applies elastic power to the outside of the case. Applying units(230) apply electric fields or magnetic fields to the rheological fluid. Viscosity of the rheological fluid is varied by the applying units. A coefficient of elasticity of the elastic unit is varied with the varied viscosity. The rheological fluid is a magnetic rheological fluid. The applying units are coils wound on the girth of the case.
