PURPOSE: A concavo-convex green geo mat with a tree-planting structure for preventing a slope from being eroded, and a construction method thereof are provided to restore the ecosystem, and to maintain an environment-friendly landscape. CONSTITUTION: A concavo-convex green geo mat with a tree-planting structure for preventing a slope from being eroded is composed of concavo-convex meshes, anchor pins(40), and a vegetation layer(50). The concavo-convex meshes are installed in a slope(10), and composed of a bottom end reinforcing mesh(20c), a center reinforcing mesh(20b), and a top end reinforcing mesh(20a). The anchor pins fix the meshes to be separated from each other. The vegetation layer is spread on the top end of the concavo-convex meshes.
