PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a lap joint and a method for manufacturing the lap joint using the same are provided to complete a process for manufacturing a flange part in one successive process according to the standard of a pipe or material.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a lap joint comprises an outer frame(20), a rotator(30), a rise and fall bar(40), a curvature ring(50), and a flat board ring(60). A flange groove(22) of ring type is included on the inner part of the upper side of the outer frame. The rotator selectively rotates a pipe(10). A pressing groove(52) is included on the bottom outer side of the curvature ring. The flat board ring is combined with the rise and fall bar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
