METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC WOOD CONTAINING LOESS POWDER AND CAMPHOR TREE POWDER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing synthetic wood containing loess powder and camphor tree powder and a manufacturing system thereof are provided to easily mix various materials of a powdered form and to improve the quality of the synthetic wood by manufacturing environment-friendly synthetic wood. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing synthetic wood containing loess powder and camphor tree powder comprises the following steps: a drying step(S300) mixing the loess powder, the camphor tree powder, and general tree powder at the same time while applying heat; a cooling step(S400) cooling the dried loess powder, the camphor tree powder, and the general tree powder; a polyethylene mixing step(S500) mixing the cooled loess powder, the camphor tree powder, and the general tree powder with polyethylene in a separate container at a room temperature; a transfer step(S600) transferring the mixed materials to a storing place; and an extrusion step(S700) molding a product.
