PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a chameleon film and the chameleon film which is manufactured using the same are provided to express more splendid colors than the colors which are emitted from a radiant light film due to a surface shape and color of a base sheet. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a chameleon film(10) using a radiant light film(20) comprises the following steps: processing both sides of the radiant light film with a primer; coating an adhesive on the radiant light film; and sticking a base sheet(30) on the upper side of the radiant light film and sticking a protective film(40) on the lower side of the radiant light film. The primer is manufactured by adding solvent-based polyurethanes to a mixture of an organic acid, modified polyol, tackifier, and an organic solvent.
