PURPOSE: A die casting method is provided to prevent interface or uneven texture density inside the thick portion of a cast product.;CONSTITUTION: A die casting method comprises the steps of: assembling a mold(70) of a sectional structure, creating a vacuum of 18mmhg~22mmhg in a mold cavity(72) and a sub cavity(74), injecting molten metal at high pressure into the mold and sub cavities, leaving the molten metal in the mold for 1~5 seconds to change the molten metal into a semi-solid, raising the density of the molten metal in the mold cavity, reclaiming hollows such as holes or cavitations of the mold cavity, and leaving the molten metal in the mold and sub cavities for several seconds in order to complete a metal cast product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
