PURPOSE: A device for measuring a loss of a high-temperature superconductor AC is provided to miniaturize and lighten a cooling unit by reducing heating energy, and to improve a rated current for a test.;CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a loss of a high-temperature superconductor AC comprises a pulse power unit(10), lead lines(40,60), a cooling unit(70), and a measuring unit(100). The pulse power unit outputs pulse power. The lead lines are formed in both sides of the pulse power unit, and apply the pulse power to a superconductor(50). The cooling unit maintains the temperature of the superconductor under a critical temperature. The measuring unit measures a current flowing in the superconductor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
