PURPOSE: A recording medium containing multi-track media file, a method of reproducing the multi-track media file and a media device are provided to easily produce and utilize user created contents by connect a multi-track media file to a user data.;CONSTITUTION: A recording medium containing multi-track media file comprises a data part(200) and a header part(100). The data part has the structure that each frame of a second media file is adjacently connected to each frame of a first media file. The header part represents the information on the total number of the first and second media files and the information on the total frame number of the data part.
