PURPOSE: A shoe heel for mitigating sole plantar pressure and diabetic shoes employing the same are provided to relax muscle and bone pains so that a patient can walk normally. CONSTITUTION: A shoe heel for mitigating sole plantar pressure and diabetic shoes employing the same comprise a front member(200), central member(300), and a rear member(400). The front member is located on the front of the shoe heel(100) and has a first hardness. The central member is coupled with the back side of the front member and has a second hardness smaller than the first hardness. The rear member is connected to the back side of the central member and has a third hardness smaller than the second hardness.
