PURPOSE: An anchor insulator is provided to prevent the damage of a fixed part of a supporting body by absorbing the movement of a power transmission line through a first and a second link member.;CONSTITUTION: A fixing part(10) is fixed to a support stand of a telephone pole. A rotating block(20) is installed to a housing of the fixing unit to be rotatable. The rotating block comprises a rotary drum. The rotation of the rotary drum is limited with the fixing part. A first and a second spring(50,60) are connected between the first and second link members(30,40). A piston damper device(70) is connected to the rotating block and the second link member.
