PURPOSE: A road for pedestrians or bicycles is provided to reduce a construction time when there is no enough room on a road. CONSTITUTION: A road for pedestrians or bicycles comprises a first post(10), a second post(20), a connecting member, a deck guide, a deck plate and a pavement material(60). The first post is formed along the longitudinal direction of the road at a regular interval. The second post is installed in the outside of the first post. The connecting member is horizontally connected on top of the first post and the second post. The deck guide is installed on both end part of the connecting member in the longitudinal direction. The deck plate is installed on top of the deck guide. The pavement material is installed on the space part formed with a vertical part and the deck plate of the deck guide.
