PURPOSE: A device for testing a swing check valve on a reactor coolant pressure boundary is provided to reduce processes by preventing the operation of a reactor from being stopped. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing a swing check valve on a reactor coolant pressure boundary comprises a valve body, a disc, an outlet sealing dam(48), an upper dam sealing member(66), and a pressure gauge(102). The valve body has an inlet and an outlet. The disc is hinged on the top end of the inlet, and is opened and closed by the pressure of fluid supplied through the inlet. The outlet sealing dam seals the outlet by pressing a sealing member. A hollow is formed in the upper dam sealing member.
