An acrylic impact reinforcing agent comprising a processing aid is provided to improve the processability and physical properties of a vinyl chloride resin while avoid a need for separately adding a processing aid during the preparation of a vinyl chloride resin. An acrylic impact reinforcing agent comprising a processing aid comprises: (i) a seed obtained by polymerizing 0.3-10 wt% of an alkyl acrylate monomer and a crosslinkable monomer based on the total weight of the monomers; (ii) a rubbery core obtained by introducing to the seed 50-89.7 wt% of an alkyl acrylate monomer and a crosslinkable monomer based on the total weight of the monomers graft and carrying out copolymerization; and (iii) a shell obtained by introducing to the rubbery core 10-40 wt% of an alkyl methacrylate monomer, an alkyl acrylate monomer and a crosslinkable monomer based on the total weight of the monomers, and carrying out graft copolymerization. The shell has a molecular weight of 800,000-3,000,000. The resultant acrylic impact reinforcing agent has a rubber content of 70-80 wt% based on the total weight of the monomers.
