PURPOSE: A box type distributor and a piped water facility system using the same are provided to prevent the damage to a supporting structure of a housing. CONSTITUTION: A box type distributor comprises a housing, a water leakage measuring device(200) and a cutoff device. A housing space is formed in inside the housing. A plurality of double pipes(10) is penetrated and sets up through a plurality of inserting holes(121) formed in one side of the housing. The water leakage measuring device is installed in the housing and senses the water leakage within the accommodation space.
