摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a tempered glass film for protecting display screen is provided to massively produce the tempered glass film of uniform quality with enhanced elasticity and closeness. CONSTITUTION: A tempered glass film for protecting display screen is manufactured using thermal treatment device having preheating furnace, main furnace, and cooled reactor. The cooled reactor comprises a cooling reactor, warm water reactor, and cold water reactor. A method for manufacturing the tempered glass film for protecting display screen comprises: a step of preparing thin board glass having a thickness of 0.1-1.0mm(S1); a step(S2) of preheating the thin board glass at 350-400C for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours; a step(S3) of filling the main furnace with potassium nitrate(KNO_3) for chemical reinforcement treatment for 3.5-5 hours; a step of cooling thin board glass at 70-130C; and a step of maintaining at predetermined temperature for 10 to 30 minutes to remove potassium nitrate(S4).
