An audio system and a control method for automatically reproducing an acoustic which is suitable for a situation by using an adjacent audio device are provided to output the audio stream through the specific audio output unit among a plurality of audio output units. A sound source play device(200) transmits an audio stream which reproduces the sound source and obtained through the local area wireless communications. A plurality of audio devices(310, 320, 330, 340) receives the audio stream through the local area wireless communication. A plurality of audio devices outputs the acoustic corresponding to the sound source. The sound source replay apparatus outputs acoustic through the audio device positioned in the setup range of the local area wireless communications among a plurality of audio devices.
