PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a Ni-Mo/silica-alumina catalyst and a manufacturing method of intermediate distillate are provided to improve yield of the intermediate distillate by applying paraffin-based products to Hydrocraking. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a Ni-Mo/silica-alumina catalyst includes the following steps: manufacturing an amorphous silica - alumina support with acidity of 0.3-0.6mmol-NH3/g-catalyst; supporting a nickel precursor 0.1-35 parts by weight and a molybdenum precursor 0.5-20 parts by weight based on a silica-alumina support 100 parts by weight; manufacturing the Ni-Mo/silica-alumina catalyst; performing a pre-processing process of the Ni-Mo/silica-alumina catalyst; making a protective membrane on the Ni-Mo/silica-alumina catalyst with oxygen.
