PURPOSE: A reward performance system for strengthening relationship management of partners and a method thereof are provided to enable a company to easily quickly grasp work state information, thereby smoothly performing strategic work management orders and detailed support about activity of the partners. CONSTITUTION: A reward performance system for strengthening relationship management of partners comprises a communication unit, a cooperating partner management DB, a point supply condition DB, an accomplishment point DB, an accomplishment management DB, and an accomplishment management processor. The accomplishment point DB manages accomplishment points of cooperating partners. The accomplishment management DB stores accomplishment information including sales information, customer management information and work environment information. The accomplishment management processor extracts accomplishment information of corresponding partners from the accomplishment management DB and transmits it to a company server(10) or a partner server(30) through a communication unit.
