PURPOSE: A sludge heating unit, a sludge hydrolysis system including the unit, and a sludge heating method are provided to more efficiently keep sludge warm by installing a partition wall in a space of a hydrolysis container and to reduce hydrolysis time by consecutively heating the sludge with a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A sludge heating unit comprises: a hydrolysis container(450) in which the sludge is hydrolyzed on a space filled with vapor through contact with the vapor; hydrolyzed sludge, as described above, is a discharge container(440) which forms a path for discharging the hydrolyzed sludge; a sludge space is filled with the sludge; a partition wall(453) for obtaining a vapor space in which the vapor passes through; and a stirrer(455) which mixes the sludge with the vapor while rotating in the sludge space and vapor space and transfers the sludge to the discharge container.
