New Cultivar of Hosta minor Yellow Dream

A novel species of Hosta minor, Yellow dream, is provided to obtain the Hosta minor through self-fertilization and excellently adapt to environment such as cold resistance and disease resistance. A novel species of Hosta minor, Yellow dream is obtained by self-fertilizing the Hosta minor, treating with mutagen, MMS (methyle methane sulfonate) and selecting an individual having pattern in leaves. The Yellow dream is characterized by: the leaves having yellow green color and lanceolate shape; leaf width of 1.8~2.3cm, leaf length 3.8~4.5cm, and the leaf number of 12~15; and purple flower.
